"We arrived before checkin and were allowed to get in our room, nice after a long flight. Parking was easy off the street and in a secure lot and the bellman helped us with our bags right away. At night a nearby restaurant was a great choice to walk to and there was a bank across the street to get a good exchange from US $ to pesos. The next night we ate at the hotel restaurant which was fine. Their breakfast each morning started our day’s adventures."

"Excellent hotel for an overnight stay prior to flying out of Concepcion. Clean. Modern. Excellent bathroom. Free Coca-Cola and mineral water in minibar was a real plus."
