"Just what we needed. Clean spacious and a courteous staff."

"The place was roomy and accommodating. We had 4 guys, so it was nice not to have to share beds and to be able to spread out the snorers. Pros: -Spacious open feel -Hot tub -Everything as advertised -About as close to Wolf Creek as you can get Cons: (these are minor picky things) -Cookware was pretty basic -Had to do some snow shoveling to access the back porch -for some reason I imagined a remote cabin with a pond- it was actually a complex of many cabins on the property- but still quiet...

"It was lovely we hiked a lot , Pagosa Hot Springs did a little tubing down the Rio Grande! Did a fair amount of hot tubbing in the evening. It’s a beautiful area with lots to do! The cabin was nicely, nestled and felt very private."

"Great location for our family to meet. The home is spacious with comfortable beds and large kitchen area. The property could use some TLC but overall love the place."

"This was the perfect size for our family of 5 (including teen/ adult children); everyone had a bed and plenty of space to stretch out and relax. The location is perfect and the views from the unit are amazing. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. We would love to stay here again!"

"We enjoyed the place it was the right size for what we wanted. Only complaints were fry pan were worn bought a new one and left it there for the next person. Also looked like Master bedroom was on 1st floor 2 sets of stairs to get to main level however we made do and our stay was wonderful thank you very much. "

"Overall a pleasant place to stay for a few nights. The little cabin was clean and cozy. The down side is the traffic on Wolf Creek pass can be heard inside the cabin. There is a black widow living under the wood burning stove. The bathtub is very slow to drain. I would book this for a weekend getaway again. "

"Good location in town. Plenty of space, great kitchen. Hot tub had heating issues but owner/host was very responsive so was quickly fixed. "

"My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon for about a week! It was absolutely stunning. The hot tub was amazing and it was very clean. My only complaints was the hot water did not last very long for the shower and we did get lost trying to find the cabin. However, it was a small romantic place to stay! "

"DIDN'T NEED TO USE A STAIRMASTER THAT WEEK THE CONDO IS BEAUTIFUL WITH BALCONY THAT OVERLOOK THE SAN JUAN RIVER. VERY QUIET AND THE GARAGE WAS PERFECT FOR THE CAR AND STORING GEAR. THE SPACE IS VERY LARGE.WE'LL GO BACK"
