"Hotel was totally empty of guests yet still got ground floor and room for disabilities which was not needed. Room doors slam too hard…..woke me up in am. Yuck in the shower on wall ?"

"Staff was super nice. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The elevator needs attention. It creaks and moans going up and down and there was a strong stench of mold or something outside near the bushes and trees that should probably be attended to, but all in all, it was a great, restful stay and we will likely be back. "

"Just needed a night to sleep. Room was good. Only issue was the person checking me in did not give me back my drivers license. I had to go back to desk from restaurant and ask for it. When I did so, the guy had my license in his back pocket. I told him not cool not cool at all!!!!!"

"It was an amazing stay! The room was huge and very comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and I slept very well. The area was quiet, breakfast was good and there were no issues at all. The price and value was very reasonable. I just wish I had a reason to stay longer. "

"We had issues with room 210.it was filthy,Carpet had food on floor it smelled so bad.TV was maybe 32 inchs.over all bad .So we went back down and talk to the desk lady and she was so apologetic and nice and gave us room 216 way better. Larger TV carpet cleaner and not bad at all.we went and bought air fresheners and a smelly candle and wa la a nice room . Needed smoke detecters .But the metel sink made us feel safer with the candle.over all the staff was nice.Hot tub mad a loud niose but...

"Spent 5 nights here and had an amazing time. Very quiet. Could not hear any of the traffic in the retail and restaurant district in front of Hampton inn. Have to give a shout out to Joe the maintenance engineer. My safety bar broke off in my bath tub my first morning there. I notified the front lobby and she promptly notified maintenance. "This is a very remote and quiet hotel with a potential gold mine of a location. They are doing some additions which could make this even more beautiful. I wish they would. Clear some more of the brush that blocks a lot of the lake view. It’s very nice as is but could be breathtaking if they did more clearing. "
