"Another lovely stay at the Inn on the Coast. Enjoyed a large sized front facing room with a view as a special treat for 2 nights over New Year. Room condition was definitely tired, particularly the bathroom & shower area which were in need of immediate care & attention. Dined in the restaurant and food was super, both dinner and at breakfast. Staff were extremely friendly and attentive but was clear that they were short staffed and very stretched whilst trying to do their best. Hope the hotel...

"We had a wonderful stay in this cute house that has everything we could need, a lovely back yard, and a good location. Hazel went above and beyond - we had accidentally thrown away a souvenir ring and she sent it back to us in the US and she did it with no hesitation! "

"Another fab stay at the Lodge, which is in a perfect location for exploring north coast. Also lovely to see familiar faces still around despite the hotel having changed ownership. Special request made at time of booking for room with walk in shower accommodated. Enjoyed a delicious evening meal in restaurant - service and food excellent. Breakfast wasn't the usual "help yourself buffet" due to the hotel being quiet, but portions were more than generous and food was well prepared and piping...

"Staff very friendly, room had bottled water and robes and toiletries provided which was great. We had a top floor room so had to duck under the sloping roof! Shower was very good, hot and decent water pressure. Food and service in the bar Lock and Quay was great. Didn’t feel super safe in all areas surrounding the hotel, mainly due to a few unfriendly pubs and knowing not everyone in town likes Brits!"

"The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was nice and warm. The coffees.in the room really nice. The garden is small but neat. The river location is very peaceful. Restaurant food was excellent. The towels very soft , thick and large. The pool water was warm. "
