Sea Colony was an excellent location with lots of great pools, easy access to the beach with the trams, great sport activities for our teen and college age kids. It was a quiet and scenic neighborhood with trees, landscaping, lakes and walking trails. Very close to the boardwalk, restaurants, mini golf and shops. We really enjoyed our vacation!"

The location is ideal, in a quiet and green residential neighborhood by the canal, yet very close to the town center and the beaches. The backyard is lovely and we had most of our meals there. The house is well equipped and nicely decorated. We were provided two bikes which we rode on a daily basis to discover Rehoboth Beach. Bill is a brilliant host. He lives next door and is super responsive and helpful....
