"Very warm welcome, spotlessly clean and modern - the TVs have built-in Chromecast is great. Beds very comfortable and even the pillows were really good! The only slight disappointment was breakfast, which was lacking in choice and quality. Even so, I would stay here again when in Carlsbad."

"The Internet was out for most of our stay. This was very irritating. The staff even had to walk us up and let us into our room whenever we needed to get in! Otherwise, it was a lovely stay. The room was spacious and comfortable."

"Hot tub was empty and not working. No view out of our window because it was blocked by the Hampton Inn sign. Pigeons loved the space between our window and the sign and let us know how much they did around five in the morning. "

"Breakfast wasn’t worth attempting. Many items were out or not working. Beds were smaller than average queen size beds and room was cramped. The fold out sofa was only big enough for one person."
