The resort is incredibly fun and well-maintained, offering a wide variety of pools, water slides, and activities for both kids and adults. My wife and I, along with our children, were never bored! The food was consistently excellent, with diverse dining options that catered to all tastes. One of the standout features of this place is its exceptional customer service. It’s clear that the staff is highly trained to provide top-notch hospitality, but a few individuals went above and beyond, making our stay even more memorable. I’d like to extend a special thank you to: 1. **Mr. S El-Shahat**, the pool slide attendant, whose kindness and attentiveness to my daughter were truly outstanding. Your care made all the difference—thank you! 2. **Gamal**, the bartender near the 4 Corners restaurant. Your warm, friendly attitude and engaging conversations made every visit to the bar a pleasure. I'm returning the third time and hope to come next year again: beautiful coral reef you can reach directly from the hotel beach clean rooms and professional cleaners (thanks, Khalil) helpful reception free fast WiFi in all areas animation team (I liked fire show and exercises) beautiful decorations for Christmas tasty and diverse food (I'm vegan and was able to find food for my needs every day) property is not very big, but it didn't feel crowded even in Christmas if you like to walk, you have access to the long promenade from the hotels next to this one (from 6am to 8pm)"

"Amazing - free upgraded room to Kings Lake - so many beaches lagoons/pool's to sit at excellent sun beds, snorkelling very easy and stunning coral (take your own mask etc). Weather perfect. Food and bars - some restrictions to All Inc but once you work it out find your fav - breakfast in Garden rest. for us and Dinner at Spices. Bars, we liked the sunset beach bar and roof top evening bar - Alisia hotel lobby for evening cards if bit cold to sit out. Free golf cart taxis to get around. Stunning landscapes/gardens and lots of happy cats. Take own plastic glass (didn’t like the paper cups) and no tonic - easy to solve with onsite supermarket. Staff all very lovely friendly and courteous. It is a mainly Italian resort (chain) Red Sea meets Med vibe. "
