The staff is exceptional Alejandro, Patricia (at check in ), Maria ( at the concierge) they went above and beyond to ensure that our stay went smoothly. These people know what great customer service is about. It was our first time in Seville and it was our wedding anniversary. These people made are stay memorable. We will be back. Thank you again!
