"Beautiful property with well-maintained grounds. Plenty of space to lounge throughout the property, plenty of restaurant choices. Uncrowded beach and pool area. Spacious suite with swim-up pool and in suite jacuzzi. Well stocked mini-bar. Staff was great, always welcoming and helpful. Fun beach side entertainment and activities. Great place to relax and unwind."

"Live Aqua is a beautiful resort. The people that work there cannot do enough for you. We don't usually repeat resorts in Punta Cana but this is the third time we haven't been here, and plan on going again!! They just keep doing more and more for us that we cannot resist to go back. Private dinners, upgrades or some things they do. The entertainment people work so hard to make people have fun."

"We recently went to Secrets Playa Esmeralda in the Dominican Republic to celebrate a my mothers 70th birthday. My entire family felt completely welcomed and taken care of once we entered the doors. This was our first time visiting the DR, and it turned into a trip we'll never forget. The resort is absolutely beautiful. Everything from the rooms being spotless with an amazing view. But the beach simply AMAZING! The water crystal clear, just peaceful and beautiful. What really made the experience so special was the staff. But there was one person who made it even more, Stephanie. She was there for us every step of the way. It's hard to put into words just how much love and attention she gave us. She didn't just do her job-she genuinely cared for my entire family. Stephanie made us feel so welcomed, and made us all feel like part of the family. She truly made a big impact on our stay and in our hearts. This family vacation was a beautiful memory. If you're thinking about visiting, do it. "The staff at The Premier Suites were top notch. Glenny was our premier assistant and was there to help us plan and schedule each day. Sergio and Luis at the Premier Suites main lobby were also so helpful they took us around looking at the properties and shared which famous celebrity loved where. That was an unexpected and fun evening! The food quality was spectacular and fresh. I will say as a whole the servers where at the beach or restaurants were very inattentive and moved slow. Example we asked for drinks on Playa Minitas and an hr later they were brought. Even if you went up and ordered a drink from the bar... Zero effort on speed. It's one thing to be on island time and another thing to see a group of 5 bartenders talking and ignoring the guests intentionally. "

"The entertainment staff were great. Anderson was our waiter at some of the restaurants and he was always happy to see us. Alexander the pool bartender was awesome. Made the best drinks. Overall it was a great vacation experience for my wife and I."
