"This was the perfect house for our 3 families to have a beach holiday. The house was clean, spacious, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. The access to the beach couldn’t be better. The host was very responsive. We would definitely stay at the house in the future. It’s a rare find."

"We stayed at the newly built condo. Rooms were clean and spacious with great views. The pool and restaurant were good too. The gardens, the playground and the areas were the animals live could use better maintenance i.e. there were some nails sticking out from some pieces of wood, the protective floor at the playground was torn out etc. Overall it would have been a great experience if we had not faced a very disturbing issue with the restaurant: our son is celiac and we had chosen this hotel as...

"Stayed at this beautiful location with family and friends for 7 nights! The host Mrs Irene was super friendly and sweet. Along with Alex (who was very helpful, amazing) and provided us with all the information required for this location, direction, restaurants and local shops. Stores are located about 30ish min away so ensure you stop on the way to get your groceries. The location is also very private. The beach was heaven and pretty much private - prefect for families. Would book this house...

The open plan living area looks out over the mountains and sea as does the pool and terrace. We spent hours getting lost in those views! The villa has a well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, quiet aircon units and mosquito screens on the French windows which meant we could enjoy the breezes...

"Great place for a quiet and relaxing holiday for a group of friends or family who want to be by themselves. You can walk out of the garden and go straight into the water. We had a dog with us and she enjoyed all the courtyard and garden. Nice barbecue facilities. All the commodities to cook your meals if you want to do that. We picked figs, lemons and limes for the trees! Very nice hosts, very hospitable. Highly recommend it!"

"Breathtaking views of the sea and clean, modern interior. Beautiful be h nearby with dining options and a supermarket with fruit/ yogurt / nuts. A little far to walk to the nearby town so recommend having a car. Parking is on a fairly steep slope which may be challenging for some. Overall an excellent value."

"We had a wonderful two weeks staying at The Little Stone Villa.. Nick & Linda are wonderful hosts...great communication, very helpful with directions & nothing was too much trouble... After a busy few days soaking up Athens & the Parthenon, Little Stone Villa provided a peaceful, relaxing, away from it all break..the pool was fantastic (make sure you meet Robert the pool cleaner! ;) and we spent most of our time there... "Myself and my three children stayed eight nights at Alonia Cottage in the lovely village of Vrisi during the last week of July 24. We couldn't have asked for better. The cottage was immaculate and fully equipped with A/C, Wifi and everything you could possibly require during your stay. There is a little shop just around the corner and a couple of popular Tavernas within a three minute walk. We visited the beautiful, quiet Mourteri beach most days which is about a fifteen minute drive, but...

Politika is only 3 minutes away by car with nice tavernas and grocery shops. The private beach was fully (as in fully fully) equipped. We really liked our trips to Dafni too. 100% commendable!"

"We had a very nice time staff was great especially Marina and Savvas. Very easy to get to the center of Eretria. Very clean but a few bugs constantly in the room. A bad smell heading to the pool/beach, outside our room not sure what it was. Overall we really enjoy the hotel and the beach area."

Amazing Villa with Great Views

"15 of us came out and stayed a week to celebrate a 60th birthday party. The drive out from Athens was smooth with some twisty mountain roads. The house was lovely and exactly as seen in the images. The view and the pool were everything we could hope for. We were disappointed the coast road north of the villa was closed and "may" be reopened sometime in 2025. It made all the northern beaches about an hour drive through the mountains. However the towns south of the villa (Rovies and Limni) were just perfect. There were organized beaches and tavernas in Rovies and outside of Limni. We went out every night to different tavernas and had a great time. You do need cars to get around, but driving was easy (except downtown Limni where I think the roads were designed for donkeys). We would all highly recommend this villa for large groups. There was plenty of space for people to relax together or apart if someone needs more space. The airconditioning worked wonderfully even in August. Elena and Sokratis were great to work with and very responsive. "
