"I originally booked this as a place to stay after we went to the Taylor Swift concert in Indianapolis. It’s about a 15-minute drive off the freeway and I passed through a couple of small towns to get to our destination. One would never guess that this lies hidden within this building. We thoroughly enjoyed it and have talked about a girls’ trip here in the future. I would stay here again."

"3rd time staying. Love the quiet location just a few miles from campus. Also really enjoyed sitting in the hot tub and taking in the peacefulness of the serene atmosphere. Hostess is great to work with. My only suggestion is the mattress needs replaced. Would def stay again."

"The 2 river cabins are great. They were a little hard to find. The hosts Mark and Jan were great. The rooms were clean and the kitchens and bathrooms were well stocked. To get to the bathrooms you had to go through a bedroom which was a little inconvenient. The location on the river was wonderful. We were able to fish, swim and kayak. Nearby restaurants were convenient and Brooks lake was just a short drive away. I would definitely recommend this place for a short getaway. "

"The property is amazing. Pictures do not do the gardens justice. The visiting horse and friendly cats were a plus. The pool is cloudy and needs more frequent cleaning than the weekly service due to its location under trees. The outdoor furniture also needs cleaning as do the dishes in the house. But you will hardly notice because the gardens are so well maintained and the hot tub works amazing."

"The pictures uploaded are either very old, or doctored. Bed sheets had stains on them with black light. Cameras installed throughout the inside of the home. No running water when we arrived. We checked into a motel, and then owner tried to charge me $2000.00 for "water damage", when there was no running water and we never stayed."

"Staying at the Red Rose Ranch cabin will make you feel like you walked back in time with the beautiful historic cabin. This home is a great mixture of history and modern comfort. We were a group of 5 for overnight, but with family in the area we were able to gather for the 10 of us without feeling crowded. "We stayed at this beautiful condo while we were in town for our 2 children’s swim meet. This condo was exactly as described with plenty of room for my husband, I and the two kids. Very quick drive to Miami University and uptown Oxford. The host was extremely responsive in his communications and even went above and above with a situation that was not even required of him. I highly recommend this rental. I know we plan to stay here for future swim meets!"

"Our cabin was built in 2023, but it was as if it was brand spankin' new! Every detail was immaculate and perfect. The physical property from fire pot area, porches and furniture was tge best we have ever stayed in. The hosts were responsive and promptly answered any questions we had."

"We are a group of ladies who enjoy a yearly trip. This property was absolutely perfect. There was plenty of room for our group of 12. The waters bank absolutely made it incredible. We had a 10 person float tied off for 3 days. The fire pit and outside kitchen/bar is wonderful. There were enough towels and the kitchen stocked well. We have been changing destinations but plan to set up here for 3 days again. It was simply perfect! "
