"Good location near train station, easy walk to old town. Mini-kitchen very helpful (esp. microwave fridge). WiFi was very weak (~3.5mps) -- we ended up using tourist data SIM chip on cell instead. Room slightly warm (~24.5C)... not certain if the room has decent AC or not (might simply have been switched off for the season)...could easily open windows with slight but not terrible train noise. Friendly staff."

"Great place for our family of 3 generations & 9 people. Everyone loved the pool! Convenient for trips into Annecy or tour around lake. More restaurants nearby than expected- but plan on reservations. The HEAT! We’d rather not discuss.....but it was record breaking for France....."

"I honestly wasn’t expecting a whole lot from our stay, we just needed a place to sleep for an early flight out of Geneva. We were so pleasantly surprised! The staff went above and beyond to help us with dinner options, pointing us to the small town a short walk away for a great restaurant. When we arrived back after dinner, we sat in the lobby bar and had drinks and visited with the bartender and the man from the front desk who checked us in and they were so fun and friendly. "Our stay was enjoyable, but only one item was of major concern: the hairdryer has NOT a switch adapter in the bathroom, which makes the task a bit complicated. There was NO information about the breakfast nor any housekeeping on the property."

"Perfect location. Right outside the boarder of France and Switzerland. 30 second walk to the trams which takes you into Geneva Lake town in 10 minutes or smaller town a few stops away. Tram on the opposite side also takes you into France. Restaurants all around within 30 seconds or few mins walk. Property has a fridge and cooking equipment if you want a cheaper night in. Pharmacy nearby, mini grocery store. Safe to walk at night (I got home after 9pm and travelled alone). Lift access and clean...

"Was very nice Hostel and it was good because near to the Annemasse station 25- 30 min very easy to go to Geneva I enjoyed my holiday for that. Also, people are working in the hostel was very nice and helpful. "

" If you are visiting Geneva, but would like to stay in the outskirts, this is def the place to go! It is an hour away on the bus. There is the local tpg bus system that runs everyday. It is right around the corner. The area is very quiet and has all the basic amenities needed. It was perfect for a group of 5! "

"2 Grand parents 3 grand children We took the appartment for 12 !! # brilliant - bike rides ,tennis,walking, Sunset Beach Restaurant a short drive lovely staff even better food at extremely reasonable prices The only problem was the outdoor pool ( open until 30 Sept) was closed And rthe uindoor pool- open all year round was also closed A big disappointment for the kids -a bit less so for me !!"

"Appartement qui a tout les équipements (machine à laver, sèche linge...) Et qui est proche d'Annecy.On peut se garer facilement.Par contre,cet appartement mériterait d'être mieux entretenu (interrupteur maintenu avec du scotch,baguette d'un meuble de cuisine qui pend). Avec plus de soin cet appartement serait top."

Great stay

"Check-in was brilliant, we arrived late morning and asked to drop our bags off so we could explore the city but the very kind gentleman, David, told us there was a room ready and we could check in early (for no extra fee). As a first timer in Geneva he got us a map and told us the best places to go and how to get there and if public transport was needed which was the best to get. There was a deposit taken of just over 100CHF but this was refunded promptly after check-out. The hotel is right next to the main station, and a 7 minute walk from Lake Geneva. The room was a good size with nice large windows. The TV had multiple channels from multiple countries around the world. "
