We were blown away by the warmth and friendliness of the staff. They were very accommodating and made our experience even more enjoyable. We didn’t want to leave! "Was a 1 night stop to sleep part way through a longer trip. Arrived after midnight, check in was easy, room was clean. Would definitely stay there again. Didnt check out the breakfast but its listed as a grab and go. I did see cereal, muffins and a pancake machine on my way out the door. "

"Friendly staff, check in process was quick and easy. The room was not smelly like some rooms at pet-friendly hotels. The white bed linens and towels passed my ultraviolet light test. There were no stains and in good condition. The furniture surfaces and appliances also passed the ultraviolet test. The toilet in the bathroom, however did show signs that it WAS cleaned with a detergent, but not completely wiped away. I did not find this a big deal since the floor, sink and tub were spotless. "This was a beautiful suite in a private setting. The location was perfect for accessing wineries and Floyd for some great artisan shops. The host is proactive in communication. We had zero issues during our stay. We would definitely stay again! "
