There were parts of the house that could definitely use some TLC (ie. broken trim, missing lightbulbs/insufficient light), but our group wasn’t too bothered by those things. "This is a great lake house - great size, excellent dock, wonderful decks. The house needs some basic maintenance and improvements. The lighting was pretty bad. The kitchen lacked silverware and was rather disorderly. The bath and kitchen towels were very worn and in poor condition. The game room was fun but had many broken games. We have fun and it was beautiful on the lake."

"What a gem Lake Anna is. We visited from PA and could not have been happier. The home was clean upon arrival and the kitchen had what we needed for the week. It was cozy and definitely shouted lake life. I loved the rooftop deck! We enjoyed the included kayaks. Grocery store was very close. We rented a boat, visited a winery, and enjoyed great food.
