"We were not aware that this house is located amidst an outdoor wedding venue that includes a pond with fountain, a gazebo, a deck on the edge of the pond, and a huge yard. It is in the country but close to the places we wanted to visit - Terre Haute, West Lafayette, Center Point, the nearby covered bridges and Turkey Run State Park. It is idyllic and peaceful. "Used this property as our home base for exploring Turkey Run State Park and Shades State Park. Great trails and landscapes at each place. Also found out about the many Parke County Covered Bridges — did not see all 31!Property was walking distance to many restaurants and shopping possibilities."

"It was an amazing place to stay! We stopped here before heading to Wisconsin and it was the perfect place. We spent most of the time relaxing because it was so secluded it was nice to escape all the business of life! We will definitely stay again!"
