"The staff are friendly. The kids liked the pool. They made it warmer for visitors the night prior but was a bit cold in the morning. Towels needed to be replaced regulary but they gave us some when we asked for them. The bathroom in the room needed brighter lighting but can’t complain really. The room was clean, bed was comfy and we had everything we needed."

"The room was clean, but there was some previous damage. It also needs updating. The bed was comfy, but the pillows were terrible. Maybe pack your own? There was one gentleman at the front desk who was fantastic. He was working late Friday night, I wish I would've asked his name. He was friendly, helpful, and grabbed the extras I asked for (towels, tp, etc.). The lady who works the breakfast area was incredibly nice, friendly, and accomodating. We enjoyed a full breakfast that was tasty! There was also a gentleman who drives the shuttle. Very friendly, personable, and we chatted every morning with him as well. All three of these folx are a tremendous asset to the business! Parking was great - easy, accessible and a clean lot. We don't usually stay at a hotel in the area. We have family friends, but this was a pleasant surprise/find. Will definitely stay again!"
