"This is a brand new hotel (finished in 2024) in a block that was also built around the same time. There are a number of options for food and entertainment around the station, and this is a great hotel to stay at if you’re planning to go to the Fukui Prefectural Dinosaur Museum. "Overall it is really an excellent hotel. Many of the rooms should be updated, but still they are adequate and spacious. The breakfast area can be busy, but there is a large adjacent room with plenty of space. The hotel staff were great. The onsen has a spacious indoor bath and plenty of washing areas. The outdoor bath is very pleasant, just be careful walking on the stone surfaces. The staff takes good care of the onsen and sauna. The location is good. You can walk to Nagahama JR station and the old town area is just beyond. The lake and the large beautiful next door park and castle is good for walking. There are not many restaurants open at night in central Nagahama, but you can probably find something."

"a bit far from the station but with provided shuttle service to and from the hotel it was worth it. The seaside view was wonderful. I wanted to stare at ot for days. Breakfast buffet had plenty of option and the dining hall was spacious. they also provided a drink bar at night. Indoor and outdoor hot springs. Would definitely stay again."
