"Incredible property, well located for ski-in, ski-out access. Beautiful rooms, nicely presented with all the amenities needed. Breakfast was perfect, huge array of quality ingredients. Both the public onsen and private onsen we booked (extra charge) were fabulous. Staff were excellent, extremely friendly, going above and beyond wherever possible. Incredible stay, we will return. "

Be sure to connect with them before your arrival—they proactively reach out to help arrange transportation and offer excellent dining recommendations. The breakfast buffet is fantastic, and the location is unbeatable, with easy access to restaurants, food trucks, cafes, and shops for snow gear, groceries, and essentials including drug stores—all within walking distance. I’ll definitely be returning! Huge thanks to the Setsu team for an exceptional experience."

"New and very modern hotel with a zen onsen and spa. It is true ski in and ski out with ski lockers. The rooms were amazing and have a view of the ski slopes. Very relaxing and quiet!"
