"The room was clean but a little small. The beds are not queen size, they are full size. It needs a little renovation. The room had a weird old smell. The toilet seat was pealing and the shower was hard to figure it out, the cold side is warm and the warm cold. The property is cute. "

"Loved this property! Cabin felt spacious and was clean. We had the cabin with the half bath, so had to go to the camp showers, but they were also clean and well maintained. Definitely recommend this place, great proximity to incredible adventures. We loved lower calf creek falls and natural arch at the Escalante River trail head. "

"Nice cabin only problem was it was a bit cold at night - we could have done with some more blankets - and heater /AC was noisy The outside area was a bit tatty. Reception girls were very helpful and friendly. "

"Great hunting cabin in a quiet neighborhood. Definitely has the hunting cabin vibe. We loved the porch and spent our evenings reading, socializing and watching the cows and stars. Nice and cool in the higher elevation. We hiked to the falls and lake, as well. No AC but we opened windows and put fans up stairs. Beds were comfortable and water is hot. Zero cell phone service pr WiFi at or around the cabin, so be prepared (good thing I saved the key code ahead of time). A few cobwebs and dead...

Large bedroom sizes & bathroom space and we would have enjoyed the outside backyard & grill if cold weather had not come into the area. "We stayed in the Farriers Quarters cabin. Everything was as described and very clean. The owner has done a great job trying to make visitors stay as enjoyable as possible. Full kitchen, bath had everything that we needed and the beds were very comfortable. Large TV that we didn't really use, but very large compared to what we usually see. "The house had everything we needed and was clean. It was very close to Bryce Canyon National Park and Kodachrome Basin State Park. We had a great time and could relax in the evenings."

"This was probably the best stay we have had on our two week south west road trip. Absolutely the best breakfast you can have thats included in your stay. The room was very large and easily accompdated our 6 person family. We used the laundry which was clean and affordable and easy to use. Pool and hit tub were great. Great overnight stay!

"Just a one-night stay before our visit to Bryce Canyon National Park but it was great stop and the breakfast was phenomenal!!! The staff was very helpful! In fact I left my tablet there and the front the front desk (owner?) so graciously shipped my tablet back to me. And the theme was cool too! Would definitely stay there again!"
