"We stayed in the family suite. The design was well thought out and the beds were comfortable. The location was across the street from a 7 Eleven which was super convenient. There is a ramen place next door. It is a close walk to the bus station and you can walk from the hotel into town. Overall it was a really pleasant stay for a family of 5."

"We had a wonderful stay at this accommodation in Takayama! The room was spacious and thoughtfully designed, featuring two large beds and a layout that separates the bedroom from the kitchen, bathroom, and toilet areas. This setup provided both comfort and privacy, making it feel more like a home than a hotel. "Pros: Close to the city center. Many restaurants nearby. Easy check-in and out. Washer and dryer worked well. Laundry soap was provided. Great toilet and shower. Large apartment. Plates, forks, cups, dish soap, dish washing sponge were provided. Cons: When we arrived, we had to wipe down the table and floors to clean up oils and spots from the previous guests. "Stairs. I am 88 and stairs with luggage is a bad combo. The owner has done a very good job in keeping the property clean and comfortable. The location can't be beat but this is not a place for older folks."

"We were a family with young children and stayed for 4 nights. The hotel itself is great - the size and amenities available (they have a whole range of baby items and other handy items that you can request for FOC) is unbeatable in Japan. However, the location of the property itself is in a seedy area, amidst rows of very colorful nightclubs. On the first night, we were awoken at 2am by a fight but otherwise we got back by 8.30pm every night and never felt unsafe."

"We stayed in a standard double room with a queen size bed, room is spacious, modern and clean. Toilet is in a separate room, the shower/tub is in a good size room; both are clean. Hotel offers private spa based on availability which is nice for couples and young families. 10 minutes walk to Takayama JR station and 15 minutes walk to the old town."
