"This is a no frills option. It is basic accommodation which is clean. The location is central to the beach, shops, restaurants and bars. The payable secure parking is also very good. "

"My husband and I couldn’t have been happier with the location. Right on the beach and a quick drive/15 min walk into town. The only negative would be the lack of WiFi, but it’s perfect if you’re looking to unplug! Our hosts were excellent too. Would definitely stay here again."

"Lovely house in a beautiful spot with magical views of the bay. Ground floor bedroom lovely but lacks privacy (see-through blind so we bought a covering to hang in the doorway). The house is situated on a very steep hill which means the garden is not usable for anything other than eating/ sitting/ sun-bathing on the deck. We had a great stay. Thank you. "

"We had a wonderful holiday. The house is very clean and pool was so warm. Stephanie was brilliant, always at the end of the phone to help. The views are beautiful from the terrace. We were 2 family’s staying and there was definitely enough space for us all. The town is very lively lots going on in the evenings, we were lucky to go down both evenings where a live band was playing in the harbour. The aircon "

"Property itself is outstanding and so is the location. One issue is that the pool staff are overly protective of the rules meaning they come up to families all around the pool and it can be conceived as rude "

"Apartment is spacious and clean. The view from the balcony is amazing. Roselyne is an excellent host and clearly cares about her guests. You are a 2 minute walk from a gorgeous beach as well as the bus stop to take you into town. Bed is a bit short, just a heads up for my fellow tall people. Would definitely stay again."

"This is our second holiday here at this property - it is perfect in every way. The beautiful pool is set in landscaped gardens behind a gate looking out onto vineyards- so peaceful. Ideal location with only ten minutes drive to lots of stunning beaches, hill top villages and for a little more life St Tropez. Wonderful kind hosts. Thank you!"

"Good size for 4 couples, although lack of ensuite toilets to all 3 main bedrooms a bit of a let down. Spacious, bright, airy property of a modern design, but the décor is looking a bit tired. Surprised that no equipment instruction manuals were provided, they are normally. Had trouble with dishwasher and were not aware of the blinds at each window. Great swimming pool and outdoor living area, although little used in October. When large group / couples staying more access keys would be useful....

"Everything about this accommodation was a 5 star. From the communication prior, check in process, the villa itself and location, we couldn't ask for more. Do bring your walking shoes, its at the top of a hill which offers beautiful views so it was well worth it. Plenty of restaurants, cafes etc. within walking distance and of course the beach too. The villa was spacious enough that with 10 of us staying there, we did not feel on top of each other. Would highly recommend anyone to stay here."

"Die Wohnung entsprach genau der Beschreibung und unsere Erwartung wurde voll erfüllt. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht, ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und auch der Balkon ist sehr großzügig. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist perfekt. Wenige Minuten zu Fuß ins Zentrum und an den Stadtstrand. Bäcker, Supermarkt usw. alles in der Nähe. Die Anlage ist schön begrünt und sauber und der kleine Pool lädt auch zu dem ein oder anderen Bad ein. Herr Lamy hat uns in der Wohnung empfangen und...

"Mainly okay. An old and tired property with adequate appliances but no kettle and with a great but rather neglected pool. The surroundings are amazing - beaches and villages and great produce from local shops with remarkable restaurants and St Tropez in the vicinity and great excursions to villages beaches and vineyards. Beware - although not stipulated anywhere - no linen or towels are provided or accessible - we shopped for them! The pillows and mattress covers in two rooms were pungent and...

"We spent two nights in this great location, the room was not very big for our family of 4 but it was clean and comfortable and very close to the beach"

"The location was brilliant for trips to Saint Tropez and Port Grimaud. However, decoration slightly dated. Bathroom very poor as only small 1/2 bath and no shower head holder. No toiletries and reception only open at certain times. Wifi only available for one device. Pool was closed and no breakfast options available. If it was summer months it would be a lot better. I would probably stay here again and it is still a decent option for a family."

Good value for money

"Self serve check in but lucky there was someone at reception to help us. Reception is not open all the time. Great free carpark. Rooms are modern and comfortable. 30 mins drive to St Tropez, good value for money compared to prices of accommodation in St Tropez. Breakfast was good, except would be nice if it had more diary and gluten free options. "

"Beautiful boutique hotel just 10min drive from the center of St Tropez. We arrived 10/26, the last day the hotel was open for the season. Also it was the big sales weekend in St Tropez but because of the huge rainstorm and flooding we didn’t go into town. Thankfully the hotel could take us at their lovely restaurant for dinner during the storm. Service and food was excellent. Safe parking inside the gated property. Room 13 was lovely with a patio and seating and a great view of the pool and the water. We’ll be back earlier in the season!"
