"It's a really nice hotel and the breakfast selection was really good and the most of the staff are very friendly and helpful. The issues that I had was mostly with the cleaners they would constantly not provide towels or top up on tea bags or on one occasion the cleaner jammed the sink plug in the wash basin was left with water and did not inform their colleagues of the issue so this was left for me to have to alert reception of the issues. "The hotel is clean and caters for all types of mobility. The staff are very friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them and they engage in conversation and very polite. The massage at the banyan spa was amazing and the on site dive centre, Scuba world, were first class. The equipment was excellent as was the crew who run it.
