"Property I in pretty rough shape. However it seems they are beginning a remodel. It’s over due. Hate being the last renters prior to a remodel. "

"It was old and run down but it was clean and it met our needs.. just a stopover on the way home from Arizona.. the staff was friendly and the breakfast was great! There aren’t many places to eat so I would stop in Phoenix or las Cruces and eat before heading to Lordsburg "

"No elevator. The staff helped us with our luggage up to the second floor. No coffee until 7am, many guests had to leave the property to find coffee elsewhere."

"We have repeatedly chosen this hotel. It didn’t disappoint us. Even have a simple breakfast options: toast, cereal, waffle, muffins, fruit, coffee and juice. Only disappointment was Roku tv. Of course older couple, so hard to navigate. Room was clean and comfortable."

"Read the pre-arrival communications.Easy access, simple and practical accommodations. Cozy room, with small refrigerator, coffee maker. Outdoor covered patio area across the parking lot to sit and enjoy the outdoors. It was perfect for us to rest, relax and on an off day, we had alot of privacy."

"Would have preferred a full kitchen but we had a portable grill with us so we made the small kitchenette work for our needs. Really liked being outside of town and the road near by wasn’t very busy. First time to Silver City area and will most likely return sometime."

"The room was cleaner than some brand named Hotels. Nicely decorated cozy. Only negative was no AC so the room was hot even with the window open at night. If I stay again it would be early spring or late fall."
