"Upon arrival, I discovered that parking is only available 250 meters from the hotel and I had to drag my luggage uphill. "We stayed in apartment 209 nd the 2 radiators in the room were not working, only the radiator in the bathroom worked. Nevertheless, the air-conditioning supplemented the need, as it was quite cold outside. The microwave was ok, we found plates and basig cooking tools, but the fridge was so noisy that i had to unplug it to be ale to sleep. "The hotel is definietly not 4*, it's dark, dated and old. The room was clean, but you can see that they only spend money on maintenance if they need to. Cracked sink in the bathroom, with the cheapest handsoap/no shower gel or shampoo provided. No kettle or other tea/coffee making facilities, the minibar is super expensive. The breakfast was very basic, with limited options available after 8 (eventhough it's finishing at 10:30)."

"Lovely little hotel, down by the river front in a very convenient location to explore Gyor. We treated ourselves to a suite for my partner's birthday and it was fabulous - really spacious and modern. Staff (particulraly the lady on reception!) were lovely and couldnt do enought to help.
