"Our stay at this house could have been perfect if it had not been for two issues. The first one has to do with the accuracy of online listing in terms of location, it seems it is by the beach or at least at a pretty close walking distance but it is not actually like that, the second issue, which is a major one, is the problem with electric power the island suffers. We spent almost two days without electricity and it is something we should have been warned beforehand so we could make a decision...

The showers did not have blinds and the main bathroom door had no lock. "Originally we thought the location was a lot farther than it actually was, it ended up being so close to everything and so easy to get every where. The property manager also owns a golf cart company so we had that waiting for us at the house when we got there. Everything about our stay "

"Very comfortable for 4 adult women. Kitchen was very well stocked making cooking easy. Lots of outdoor seating and very close to an outstanding beach. Location was perfect, close to grocery and very walkable. We enjoyed ourselves immensely and have already discussed possibly returning. Our host, Sherwin, was very helpful and a pleasure to meet and deal with. Highly recommended this vacation house."

"We had a great time in Eleuthera at this house! The house was beautiful with lots of fun water toys for our wide range of ages to play with from Kayaks, to a small 2 person sailboat, to a leg propelled kayak. The beach is amazing and very private. We did have a few problems (the oven was broken when we arrived) but Gregory had it repaired in a day or two. "Outstanding service, communication, property, location, amenities. Owner April is top tier. We are already planning our return. Loved our sea tour with Rubin, and land tour. Our Fam of four felt pampered at this property, and the beauty of Spanish Wells was breathtaking. God’s splendor on display. Can’t wait till next year!!"

"My husband and I spend a month every winter on the island of Eleuthera and always stay in the rainbow bay area. This year we chose Sugar Apple.and absolutely loved it. The house is lovely and super comfortable... the views of the Atlantic are breathtaking, especially while relaxing by the pool. There are so many beaches and places to visit in the area. The location was perfect for awesome sightseeing and then to come home after exploring all day......make dinner and watch the cruise ships...

"Sandy & Salty is a perfect place for 2 couples. The view is spectacular and the home has everything you need for a wonderful getaway. The location is close to everything!The beds are comfortable add the kitchen is well stocked. We enjoyed playing the games inside and loved the comfy Adirondack chairs and chaise lounges for the beach. Thank you JoAnne for making us feel at home!Can’t wait to come back!"

"We stayed there the week of Superbowl & Valentines. There is a restaurant attached and they had all kinds of special events for the occasion. Its family owned and was really nice every morning when we got back from a run we were able to talk with the owner Tiffany. Tiffany is very kind & helpful. "

"Our stay at Coral Sands was perfect! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room had a lovely view of the pool and the beach. The tropical drinks were delicious. They have a new workout area with a sauna. They have tennis and pickleball courts. The beach is absolutely gorgeous. The sand has a hint of coral color and the water is aqua and refreshing! We can’t wait to return next year!"

Short and sweet stay

"We absolutely loved staying at this property. It was so relaxing and quiet. We only saw a couple people down the beach from us, but they did not stay so we had the beach mostly to ourselves. We had everything we needed and enjoyed the simplicity and quietness of this stay. Everyone we came into contact with while out and about we so friendly and accommodating. Dino was on point with any requests we needed and always did it with a smile. I would definitely recommend staying at this property. There are many stray dogs on the island and in all the towns. We tried to do what we could for the ones that came around the house by giving them fresh water and buying dog food. If you are an animal lover like we are I would bring flea medicine and food for them if you are able. Thanks again Dino!"
