"A superbly presented house with great amenities and privacy within the house. With a hot tub, sauna and pool accessible, whatever the weather brings there is something for all to enjoy. Very safe and friendly for babies and pet dogs, with a secure garden and minimal excess furniture that babies could pull on and could fall on them. "Upon arrival we were warmely greeted by Jocelyne and Jean Claude who showed us around the cottage. The cottage is very nicely furnished with all you need for a relaxing vacation, It would comfortably accomodate 10 as it is very spacious, there were only 4 of us so we had plenty of space. The kitchen is well equiped with all you would need and a pleasant place to prepare your meals, There is a lovely bathroom downstairs and a second upstairs (which we never used to reduce the amount of cleaning...

"This is such a beautiful home. It is located in a quiet area close to the center of Poitiers. The house is very large, so there was plenty of room for us to spread out. Phillipe is such a wonderful host. He was so incredibly kind and generous with his time. He drove all the way from Paris to meet us. We arrived early, so he had a friend meet us at the house to make sure we were able to get in. We had so much fun getting to know Phillipe. We wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely...

"Arrival - we found the property with no issues. Property zip code took us straight there. Bedlinen and bathrooms were clean. Flies were a problem, mushroom growing in the shower, tiles in shower need updating and replacing, door latch plates were all loose (made doors difficult to close), we didn't manage to get the tv working at all, light fittings in the kitchen were hanging dangerously from the ceiling, oven very dirty and difficult to light (think the gas jets needed a clean - i gave up),...

"We travelled to Princay as a family of 16, 8 adults and 8 children between 4 and 8. It had been very hard finding a configuration of properties that suited us and this was exactly what we needed. The properties are converted and done in a way that is sympathetic to their original use, the floors and walls weren't all even, but it added to the charm for us. "Hôtel bien situé et agréable .. chambre spacieuse avec le lit très grand et confortable j ai dormi comme un bébé ! Salle d eau de bonne dimension avec une douche a mi chemin entre la baignoire et la douche idéale si vous avez des enfants en bas âge a doucher et sans mettre de l eau partout a la sortie de douche ! Je re prendrai une chambre sans hésiter "

"This was a one night stop over and so we didn’t expect much. Room was OK, breakfast also OK. Lack of how water in the room was a definite issue, we didn’t find out about this until our morning showers by which time it was too late to do anything. "

"We have stayed at this hotel several times on pur way back to our home in Spain. The room is spacious and clean, the staff welcoming. A little more expensive than we generally pay, but the quality is worth ot."

Ideal for an overnight stay

"The chalet accommodation is ideal for us and our two small dogs as we do not disturb the hotel guests if the dogs want an early morning toilet. The food in the restaurant was very nice but an “over the top” bar tender added farce to a lovely evening. We have stayed in the chalets for the last two years but no maintenance work has been done on faulty door handles and toilet flushes."
