"Good room, amenities"

"We loved this hotel. The room was nice, bed was very comfortable, shower was amazing, and the breakfast was very good. Check in and check out was very fast but none of the staff appears happy to be there. Nobody smiles or really makes you feel welcome. It’s fine because everyone did their job and did it well it, was just a stark difference from other places we’ve stayed. We’ve been coming to Evansville regularly for the past 10 years but usually stay on the East side. "

"Staff was super nice, room was clean, hallways smelled bad, elevator stinks, the water doesn’t get very hot, beds are comfy though. Good for the price! "

"Great breakfast and amazing kitchen staff. Liked that there was an indoor pool and hot tub and fitness center. But, our window in our room had a very large crack which allowed a dragt and it was freezing outside. Also, the bathroom handle on the inside of the door was broken & it kept falling off when you attempted to exit the restroom after using it. My poor wife almost panicked cause she got stuck in there 3 times! She didnt want me getting anyone at that moment because she was embarrassed....

"The hotel and staff were awesome. Our only issue was the location right by a busy insterstate bypass!! Traffic really loud most of the night. My fault for forgetting my noise machine!!! "
