The staff was friendly and professional. The hotel was clean and the HOT breakfast was a plus. This will be my go to when i come back to.this area to visit."

"It's conveniently located in the suburb of Richmond. Easy access to highway. Short drive to botanical garden, Short Pump town center and downtown. The design reminds us of Williamsburg, colonial style, tasteful. We enjoyed our stay."

"Pros: Comfortable and convenient. Close to the highway. The suite was fine and spacious, bed and bathroom were fine. Nice toiletries. Cons: The floors could have bern cleaner. The furniture is dated and we could not control the room temperature. The area is meh."
