"Wonderful hot water. TV did not work. Internet worked off and on. Slow internet when it did connect. Close to ocean -- just a few steps over the dune -- nice. Comfortable bed. Minimal number of dishes, but enough for 2 people. Refridge worked well. Eating table a little high but OK. Private dock just a little ways away from house on White Sound Bay area -- about 200 feet -- nice. Short walking distance to Abaco Inn. Recommend having a golf cart. Quiet area. Close (20') to other renter's rental...

"Really great spot in Hopetown! The location is ideal but you do have to take a dinghy across a small bay. The house is great and has everything you need. You can take the host’s dinghy into town and get dinner (how cool, right ?!) or just use it to cross the small bay to get to the mainland/your golf cart. Karen was super helpful with any recommendations or issues we had. Great value too! Wouldn’t hesitate to book again. PS (and best part) you get to meet the host’s chocolate lab Roley!"

No coffee pot or filters although the caretaker brought a new coffee pot in a box Contact with the rental company was minimal at best pre - arrival Very few pots / pans to cook with Multiple light bulbs burned out Couldn't get any channels on the tv Looks like a 4 year old did the interior painting Would ask for a partial refund but proabably wouldnt get one. Sheets and towels were good It was clean Pool was ok "

"This is beautiful property on a quiet stretch of beach. It has has a well appointed kitchen and is walking distance to a couple of good restaurants. Josette, the property manager, made sure we had everything we needed. The bunk room had very comfortable beds, and additional rooms could be rented if more space was needed. The property is very well laid out and affords privacy to all guest rooms. Highly recommend!!"

"The pictures truly do not do this house justice. Amazing deck areas for sunrises and sunsets. Everything you could want is in this house that made our stay comfortable. The only things I would suggest is a hose is needed upstairs to wash off the beach sand and getting up and down to the beach is a pretty steep slope. Beautiful location with amazing views!"

"ONLY issue was in the neighborhood……our cart was chased by an angry looking dog which caused us to our side of the loop and not the smoother road on the other side of the loop. This house is a perfect location, mid point between town and Seaspray marina, next door to Firefly and only 5 minutes to Abaco Inn. “Private” pool is nice if you ignore the security cameras on the outside of the house. The washer/dryer is a bit unreasonable at 75.00 for the day. We WILL stay there again."

"Above, we really enjoyed meeting the local folks. Location right by the island grocery and coffee shop—also ice cream shop and hardware store nearby. We enjoyed the coral reefs, snorkeling, spear fishing and finding conch shells. Three nice churches on the island. The beds were comfortable and we loved the amazing kitchen, preparing fish every evening."

"Setting is just as described in the listing. Scene off the back deck is fabulous. Sunsets were truly special. House was fully stocked with pretty much every thing one could need. Golf carts back and forth to town, and restaurants were fun and an adventure. Boat rental and dockage was exactly as described. All in all a wonderful place to relax, boat, kayak, fish, swim, etc! Loved it!"
