"I have nothing but good to say about this cute little house. It was tucked away in the center of Ocracoke just enough for privacy but close enough in town to ride the golf cart right down the street to all the shops and restaurants. The inside was decorated so nicely and very cozy. Me, my mom, and my lab had an amazing time.. We will definitely book again in the near future! "

"Little House by the Ferry was exactly as described. We wanted a weekend holiday get-away in the off-season and this trip hit the mark. The cottage is as shown in the photos and description. Since it was off-season and only a few on-island amenities were open, it was nice to have the little kitchen details like coffee filters, salt, pepper, etc. The cottage is in a very quiet area and easy walking distance to most places. "Property was perfect for our group looking migratory waterfowl and other wildlife in this area.the house is perfectly situated with the Outer Banks, Alligator And Lake Mattamuskeet Native ional wildlife refuges. I was visiting with a pretty intensive wildlife biology class but have already started planning a return to do some duck hunting. Super helpful host and awesome place for a group of friends"
