"On Friday the 22nd a little after 6pm my mother 83 yrs of age elderly brought to my attention of a big bang noise from above the room while resting. A big bang woke her up so nervous and startled. She immediately came to front desk reported the incident and all the desk response wasnt very inspiring. Did not show any empathy while solving this problem. Per noticed the construction should be over at 6pm. On check out day no MOD on the as early 730am. So, I just left the hotel at that. "

"The room is a disappointment. The pungent smell of the drainage in the room near the kitchen greets you as you open the door. The general appearance of the unit is fair. Very used sofa and beddings. The masters bathroom is locked and not usable leaving us with 1 decent full bathroom and a dirty small bathroom in the maid's room which was counted as a 3rd room and is not livable. "The property was very nice. The unit was a condo rental managed by Hosteeva. I had to communicate with Expedia and Hosteeva. A confusing grouping of emails and texts. I received messages from Hosteeva requesting additional info, and I was really sure who they were. I had to call and request my final info to gain access into the unit. "Clean unit and polite staff. The check-in was terrible. The staff did not know we are coming. There was no record of us coming. Lucky us, one of the sellers ( just happened to sit close by) seemed to recognize the unit and the owner that helped us get hold of them. The was absolutely no connection with expedia. "I was hesitant at first since there was only one review but it didn't disappoint me! :) The place was very convenient and the apartment was spacious for group of 4 adults. All appliances were working even the water heater too. They also provided towels, shampoo/soap and tissues too. Litoy, the caretaker was really helpful and friendly. Thank you! We really enjoyed our stay here. :)"

"It's a typical Philippines cheat rate motel, no hot water but staff was very friendly. If your not accustomed to lifestyle in a third world country, this is not the place for you. If your a world traveler looking for cheap, I could recommend this place. If your old and don't do stairs, this is definitely not your motel. So keep in mind, just because it's in the name, it's not really for pension people."

"This large property is a wonderful place for a chill vacation and has a variety of amenities. We enjoyed the pool, beach, gym, observation tower and games. There are a variety of Western and Filipino foods at the restaurant and everything we had was tasty. The buffet breakfast is only offered when the hotel has enough occupancy. Otherwise, there is a plated breakfast but the buffet is better. The staff are friendly and helpful when any issues arise. They can book a Gigantes island tour and send a driver to bring you to an area on the property. The king room was very large and has a comfortable bed and TV with Netflix / YouTube."
