"予約内容と違う点が4つも5つもあった。苦情を言って、部屋を2回も変えた。最初から、予約シートに書いてある内容の部屋にしてくれればよいものを。疲れました。"

"Rooms were dirty. No lights for more than 2 hours in middle of night. To noisy at nights specially with the standard of guests not the same as before. Gym is filthy and the breakfast standard has gone down."
