"I recently stayed at this resort for 7 days with my wife and our two boys, and we had an amazing experience! The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, and the food was outstanding. The entire facility was well-maintained, offering a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this resort to others. The only minor downside was that the Concierge staff pushed the timeshare VIP access proposal a little too hard. However, that didn’t take away from the wonderful experience we had. We will definitely be coming back!"

"This hotel is an oasis for families with small children. We visited with a 3 year old and 8 month old, and it feels like the whole resort is setup to make families comfortable. All of the staff are friendly and amazing, but we were especially impressed with the team at the Imagine Kids Club. The Imagine Kids Club team were so warm and friendly, and they made it feel just like our daycare back home. I saw a few comments complaining about the resort being "Too Big", which couldn't be further from the truth. The waterpark and beach are probably the 2 furthest points from each other, and you can walk between them in 5 minutes. We were concerned from the photos that there weren't enough beach chairs, but that actually wasn't a problem.This resort doesn't feel overrun like many others that we've been to. There isn't an anxiety to rush for a chair in the morning. You can really take your time and keep your day flexible. My only suggestion is that they need to do a better job of onboarding families to the amenities. It wasn't until our last night that we discovered the 2 staffed play rooms near the restaurants - where you can leave your kids for a few hours to go and have a quiet dinner."

"My wife and I hadn't been at an all exclusive for at least 10 years following multiple disappointing 5 star experiences. We decided to give Hotel Mousai a try for a short 5 day trip to wind off and get away from our kids. We were overwhelmed by the quality of everything Mousai has to offer. Room was great, staff was great, rooftop terrace was amazing with a nice chill vibe, NOI restaurant serves premium food and drinks. Other guests were respectful and quiet but still ready to have fun. You cannot go wrong at Mousai and we will definitely go back."
