"Hotel was good and the kids had fun in the water park. But they have a fly problem in the buffet. Flies land and eat your food before you can even get to it. The rooms were clean. It is a great place to stay if u have kids."

"Absolutely loved the Hot thermal waters. That is why I booked this hotel. They have 9 pools with temperatures ranging from 34 to 38 degrees Celsius. There is one big pool outside with fairly warm water and 8 pools indoors. Pools are open from 07:00 to 19:00 hours daily. Only thing was not happy with was the early closing for the pools. They could at least till 21:00 hours as I usually want to immerse myself before bed after a day of sight seeing and shopping! Spent a week there and it is walking...

"We stayed 3 nights and liked everything about the property. We could not find any slot in A la Carte restaurants , this could be improved by property. Anyway , the food quality and the variety was more than enough in Main Restaurant. "

"The resort was wonderful! Lots of outdoor space and plenty of outdoor seating for all meals. My toddler had a great time in the pools, at the beach and on the playground. The food was excellent, very fresh and plentiful. Our room was large and in a quiet part of the hotel, as we requested. We will definitely be going back. "

"This holiday had everything we needed as a 3 generation family. The accommodation, food, entertainment and facilities were excellent. It is a little more dated than som other hotels but that was what really worked for us all. The grounds are beautiful and walking through the gardens was bliss. Really close to the beach and plenty of different areas if you want music, kids fun or peace and quiet. All staff have been friendly, polite and professional. "Great location, very professional service. Thermal water swimming pool and gym equipped with brand new machines were good to have after a long day of exploring İzmir. Breakfast spread was amazing. I really enjoyed my stay. I would recommend it to everyone. "
