"Great location! The property is within walking distance of the historic center, the cathedral, and the famous San Juan de Dios indoor market. The staff is friendly, and room service was excellent. While the property could benefit from an update and a refresh in the hallways, it offers good value for the price. The only downside was that the elevators were a bit slow."

"Location location location! If you want to be walking distance to all the Historic landmarks and all the Mercados, this is the place to stay! The staff were all super sweet, attentive and went out of their way to accommodate our family. The hotel was in a safe, clean and quiet area. The mattress was a little too firm for me, but the room was nice. Highly recommend and will stay here again. Also, this hotel could use a bar/coffee walk-up area. Lastly, first VIP property that actually provided all the extras that Expedia promotes you may receive when you stay as a VIP property. I travel often and this was the first hotel that held their end of the bargain, so thank you and why you will have a repeat customer. "
