"Great time "

"This property was all we were hoping it would be. This Fall gave us dry, sunny weather all except the days we were here!! BUT that didn't matter because of the many activities offered here. We had an all family pickle ball tournament, a paper airplane contest, the boys played basketball. There was plenty of room for games, pool, puzzles and more. "A group of us were in town for Ball State Hoco. The house location was conveniently located near campus and tailgating. Plenty of room for us all. House was clean and comfy. It did have a musty odor to it when first entering. That would be the only draw back. "

Property itself - large, clean and nicely kept - met our needs as a group of 6 adult girlfriends. We were just there in mid-September and the weather was in the high 80's with low humidity. "Snacks being available at arrival. Washer and dryer on site was great. Having toiletries available too! We forgot a couple things. Towels plenty of towels! Clean! The cottage is in the smaller side but very nice! "
