"Everything was amazing ! The only issue I had was with the desk attendant Elly! I asked her if they had a suite available on a higher floor for my husband’s birthday and she told me no. My room was having a door repaired at time checking in and he said there was one available on the 5th floor he just got done with and he checked with her to see if we could move into that room instead over the walkie.
