"Hotels.com had listed with a hot tub and there was not one. The rooms smelt damp, having a distinct uncomfortable odor. However, rooms were clean, property appeared to be in a safe, good location conveniently located near restaurants."

"Just stayed one night. Check in process was easy. Upgraded our room because the one we booked was sold out. Way better experience than the last one we had in Port Arthur at Days Inn. Great customer service all around! Room was very clean. Once we arrived to our room we received a call from the manager to make sure we found everything okay. Overall we felt safe and will stay again. Loved the budget friendly rates! Came to visit my daughter in college and I’m glad I didn’t have to pay $200 a night...
