We went back to talk to the receptionist and we saw someone smoking in the corridor. They have ask trays by the elevator door. We went to complain but they said nothing they can do. "Loved this property! Staff was nice. I came in early and accidentally accessed the hotel by the back, thinking it was the lobby. There were two security guards and we left our backpacks, our valuable belongings and money there for more than 7 hours. They took care of our property and nothing got lost.
