"We were 3 families and all with kids and we did not once feel crowded. The only downside of it all, that was not a big issue was the AC. They did the job just did not get as cold as we would of liked. They did take a while for the rooms to cool down. El senor Juaquin was very helpful and assisted us in any thing we needed. The property manager was very fast to reply when I had question. Over all, our stay was amazing! "

"This spacious one room apartment with bathroom is great for someone who does not want to stay in a traditional hotel/motel setting. It is quiet, clean, independent, safe with 24/7 armed security guards, controlled access. Easy access to roads was awesome. It has a park walking distance. "We had a great time at the house it has access to the lake with a lake deck for enjoying a picnic then dive into the crystal clear water below. "From the very start of booking, communication was excellent and fast in responding. We arrived with what felt like VIp service and security. They were very thorough in explaining everything from the location of kitchen supplies, how to use code to lock and enter the house as well as gates. "This was a pretty nice place! Even though it was not that big. In the two rooms we had free access to the AC and sleeping there felt really comfortable. "On the day we arrived we already could not properly flush the toilet on the ground floor and second floor. But thought this might be normal and flushed 2-3 times. However, on the afternoon of the second day, we were told that the septic tank was full and we could not use the bathrooms! All water connections were cut except the outside shower. Charming with great staff.

"The hotel is charming with an old world feel. Beds were comfortable which is a plus when traveling in Central America. There was no electrical outlet in the bathroom which was a surprise. The staff is amazing. Always friendly and helpful. Breakfast each morning was great and i loved having my coffee on the patio each morning. Would definitely return."

"The staff has among the nicest people we’ve ever encountered. While you are on a secluded areas and only one restaurant to eat the accommodation were excellent and the view is breathtaking. There are many activities to participate in and reasonably priced. Definitely a must stay in hotel. "
