"I visited Iberostar in December for my first solo all-inclusive trip (half board) and paid £200 for 5 days, 4 nights. Later, a friend joined me, and we wished we could’ve extended our stay! From check-in to check-out, the staff were exceptional, making me feel welcomed and valued throughout. Housekeeping & Hospitality: Special thanks to Radhia and Marwa for their warm smiles every morning and excellent room upkeep. Their thoughtful touches like nuts, fruits, and roses, along with travel recommendations, were much appreciated. Front of House Staff: Shoutout to Rahma at guest services for her hospitality and hammam recommendations. Entertainment: Each night offered unique shows, with Bollywood and Brazilian nights being my favorites. Ilyes was especially welcoming, informing me about morning yoga and the games room, and his dancing was a highlight. Hamet was also very friendly. Hotel, Room & Spa: My 4th-floor room had breathtaking sunrise views and was well-maintained daily. The spa, hammam, and sauna were great for £37, though the hammam felt a bit rushed. Food: Both buffet and à la carte options (Italian & Tunisian) were excellent. The steak at the Italian restaurant stood out, alongside the garlic soup and lasagna. The winter weather was mild—perfect for summer clothes by day and a shawl at night. Overall, an amazing stay with lovely staff, great food, and fantastic entertainment! "

"The apartment was lovely, the photos didn’t do it justice. Stayed for 2 weeks and requested a couple of cleans for during our stay, but we were advised before we arrive that this wasn’t possible, which was great communication. Communication has been great throughout. Air conditioning was great working better than I’ve had in hotels. I can’t fault the apartment or host. Thank you for the stsy"
