"The property is older but clean and well maintained. There are several different restaurants on site but they all use the same menu. "Excellent hotel with great customer service. The rooms and foods were great and we loved it. Would recommend it to anyone visiting Karatina. The only issue was water splashing all over when showering but that’s not a big deal. "

"Shower rooms are filthy. There was no toilet seat in my room and floor was dirty. Bed and room decor were good. Staff is low caliber and need training. Managers were not available to respond to my concerns. "

"Terrible the first night we were given a hut which was very poorly equipped. Avoid Purple Rain which was aptly named as the combined tiny room with toilet and shower wash basin not compartmentalised was leaking water which flowed into the other room a bedroom. The hut was very cold we slept fully clothed … water leak awful no hot water no internet.
