"I love the Shinjuku location. You still can’t go out to see the Godzilla on the balcony. We stayed here 2 years ago and 8 nights this time. I will say the decorative pillows, and the carpet all look quite a bit more worn this time. It feels like it could use a refresher in the rooms. "

"The staff are friendly and helpful. It's very convenient to buy necessities in the in-house convenience store even til late. Housekeeping do a great job at replenishing used items. Just be careful of peak times close to check out - it will be busy and the lifts will be full."

"Location is excellent. The rooms are on the smaller side, but it is whats expected in Tokyo and it was perfect for two people, plus it was super clean. Very friendly staff and they have free lockers to use. "

"Easy walking to Shinjuku, I walked to Harajuku and Shibuya as well though the subway is right there if you don't want to walk that far. I had an issue with a funny noise coming from the bathroom so the staff were very good about putting me in another room and helping me with my bags, even hoping me up with breakfast to compensate. Overall it was a good stay re: location, service. Cleanliness was also good. Rooms aren't big but I saw smaller ones for the same price so I can't complain. "
