"My family and I were so happy we decided to book this location. It is literally 10ft away from a 7/11 store to get any food or drinks necessary. Having the 7/11 be open 24hrs was really great as we were getting food at odd times because of jet lag in the first few days. Not only is there a 7/11 so close, but there are neighboring grocery stores that are open as well. The biggest selling point in my opinion is that the JR station is a 3 minute walk from the complex. "New, clean, with a very accommodating and hospitable staff. Toddler tableware was already there when we checked in, and they brought us a high chair when we asked. Airport transfers available if you let them know ahead of time. "

"Clean, and silent at night. Beds were warm and comfortable. A couple of restaurants and combini shops are walkable, but the ride to Disney is about an hour by train or 35 minutes by car. Car rides are expensive in Japan. All appliances were functional and the shower always had hot water."

"The apartment was great,clean, and well maintained. The neighborhood is quiet and seemed to be working class families. Plenty of places to eat and shop for groceries. A bit far from some of the major attractions but if you can deal with 20 extra minutes on the train its well worth it. "

"We stayed one night after our arrival to Narita Airport. This location is one stop away by JR train. Google maps provided walking instructions from the station to the hotel. It is in a neighborhood next to train tracks. I wasn't bothered by train noise overnight, but that could have been due to how exhausted I was. Staff didn't seem to speak English but the check in process included some prepared cards that I read and agreed to. They have free coffee, tea, and breads available in the morning....

"My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. I would recommend it if you are traveling with a large group that wants to stay in separate rooms. Please keep in mind that most of the bedrooms are on the top floor and the stairs may be too steep for older people/young kids."

Our favourite place to stay in Narita

"This is our favourite hotel when staying in Narita. Is conveniently located next to the train station to take you to the airport or Tokyo. You can walk to great sites, lots of local shopping, plenty of restaurants. The breakfast has a good selection. And it has an Onsen. "

"Nice hotel, friendly staff. 711 convenient store on the bottom floor. Ministop convenient store 1 minute walk from the hotel. Convenient shuttle buses go to the airport, hotel, and mall. Located in a nice quiet area. Would definitely stay here again."
