"Really beautiful hotel, very friendly staff and amazing breakfast buffet (I only had breakfast booked but it was also no problem to have dinner with a friend there that did not stay at the hotel)! The staff was super friendly and forthcoming and the sauna and pool was very nice! Rooms were beautiful and very modern! Really loved it there and would book again anytime "

"This was a great stay. We booked for the area and spa. Did not disappoint. Spa was very large and well appointed and attended. Room was amazing and spacious. Staff was excellent and made every effort to ensure we had anything we could possibly want. If I had to say anything less than great it would be the hours of the spa do not match the website and close early. "

"Very nice hotel. Made of wood, smells of wood. Good staff too (except one slightly grump middle aged guy at reception). The 2 younger ladies at reception were fantastic. Food good, very clean, organised."

"This is a large and very comfortable hotel in the traditional style but much enlarged over the years. The location is a couple of miles outside Kirchburg with easy access to the skiing via a frequent bus which stops directly outside and serves the local lifts and through to Kitzbuhl. "Hotellet har stort potentiale, og ligger super i forhold til ski området. Dog har de en del begyndervanskeligheder. Beskrivelsen af værelset var ikke i orden. Vi havde bestilt bjergudsigt, det fik vi også, men foran var parkeringspladsen. Vi havde bla. valgt hotellet da de havde el ladestandere. Da vi ankom kunne de ikke sige om de virkede.
