"This property is located in a beautiful place, room was ok, and staff was friendly. However the hotel site and the ad are misleading and I will explain why. My friends and I were on a two week road-trip and this was our final stop before driving home to Germany. We selected the hotel and decided to pay a little extra because this place advertised a beautiful Spa and wellness area, open year round (this still shows on the site). After a long drive we arrive to the hotel only to find that the spa...

"Location off-centre, convenient for the University, Minimundus and Wörthersee. The access to the city centre is not too complicated, takes about 15-20min by local bus though a bit of being organised helps as the local buses only run every 30min. The room was rather basic, felt mostly like an upgraded dorm, although it was clean and bathroom was in a good shape. Staff welcoming and helpful. Breakfast good with both hot and cold options."

"We had a lovely stay in Klagenfurt. The apartment was in a peaceful location with shops and a bakery nearby.The apartment is old fashioned as can be seen from the pictures but it was comfortable and clean.The kitchen is very small and dated and not suitable for a lot of cooking but it was ok for us as we ate out or at friends who live nearby.The host was very quick to reply to our queries and provided clear information."
