"Enjoyed our stay. Good value, and happy with paying £2 per night for the secure parking per night. Very friendly staff. One small thing. Would you consider putting up signs saying only towels on floor will be changed. My towel was changed after only on use and was hanging up. Thinking a bit about the environment."

"We had a lovely stay. There was building site round the hotel and our view wasn’t so pretty but we cannot fault the hotel in any way. Delicious breakfast, clean comfortable room and friendly staff. Easy check in and out."

"First time we have stayed at this hotel, after a recommendation from our son’s partners parents and was very happy with the stay. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and interaction with them seemed like no trouble. The room itself was very comfortable and had everything you could have hoped for in a mid priced hotel room, with the bed very comfortable, the bathroom very clean and new feeling. There was tea and coffee making facilities and some complimentary cans of still water and also a fridge, if you needed it. We had the breakfast and there was a great choice of hot and cold buffet food and all regularly topped up so wasn’t waiting too long for anything. Great view from the 13th floor too as could see Anfield and I’m a massive Liverpool fan!! Overall a very pleasant stay, which is great as I am back there next weekend!!"
