"It's an old hotel and the rooms show it. Outdated everything. Extremely poor lighting. Dirty carpets. Dark. However, the service is outstanding. Managers Simon and Haneef were quick to help with absolutely anything and everything I needed for my 12 day stay. That included helping me get an upgrade to a suite at a time when the hotel was almost completely booked. Ms. Noor at the front desk was gracious and professional. Fantastic Hotel & Service

"This hotel really was a special place. We landed on an overnight flight from the UK and arrived at the hotel at 10am, Check In was not until 2pm but because the room was ready they allowed an early check in. This really did save us as 4 hour wait hanging around tired during Ramadan and would have ruined our day. The room was very spacious and the shower was fantastic. Wifi was excellent in the room also. The hotel is in a great location and most places you'll want to visit are either a short walk or short taxi from the hotel. If I ever visit Kuwait again I will 100% stay at the same hotel. A special mention to Cherish on reception for such a warm welcome. "
