"Good room size and kitchenette is provided (for those who like to have the option). Check-in counter is more like a security booth than a hotel check-in function. Understand that the hotel has sustainability T&Cs to meet but a hotel should at least provide the basic essentials like soap and shampoo (they could be placed in dispensers)"

"Spacious for a family of 2 adults n 1 child. Child can sleep on safa bed. Has microwave, fridge and water boiler. Accessible from nearby MTR. Walking distance to nearby shopping district and ferry. The only bad thing is the intermittent very hot and very cold shower head. Bath tub a bit cramp for an adult. "

"The receptionist George very helpful and easy to communicate. The bed is comfortable & sizeable toilet. You can leave the plate in the sink & they will clean it. Only no separate washing sink outside. All in the toilet. 4-5mnts walk to Wan Chai station exit A1"

"Eventhough this was our first visit, we were exceptionally amazed how professionally and friendly we were welcomed. The hotel location was close to train station, but to navigate around the city was challenging. The best part of this was the help and thorough information how to best navigate and see places of interest while using the metro. The young ladies and receptionist were amazing. "
