"Great location right in the centre of the old town with plenty of places to eat and drink. Room was tidy and cleaned daily with toiletries replenished. Roof terrace was a bonus but must say we did not find reception staff very approachable and friendly."

"Excellent value for the price paid. Great staff who helped with my queries. Good sized room, which was spotless on arrival. A tip, currently the hotel have an initiative, where if you agree that your room does not require daily cleaning you can get your breakfast free for the "no clean" days. Both tram and train stations are within a few minutes walk from the hotel. The C6 airport bus drops off/picks up from the train station."

"The hotel is a small part of a big residential building, it’s a different experience than other hotels but when we visited ( January ) it was just perfect, it was not too busy, it was mostly locals and we thoroughly enjoyed the sunny days. Great sea view from the malvenu and even better from the lobby, the restaurant is very small- be aware that you need to state what time you’ll be having dinner as they can’t accommodate more than their capacity for dinner. "Excellent location within the tourist section of the city. Everything is a short walk away from the hotel. The pick of restaurants, tourist attractions and of course the beach. Very friendly and helpful hotel staff, easy check-in process (although the online check-in option before you arrive didn't work for me). "The stay at the hotel was great, the hotel was very clean, in a great location and staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good with a variety of food. Airport bus stops right outside the hotel which is brilliant! "

"The location of the Hotel is excellent with great transport links to the airport. It is within easy walking distance to the sea, and has a wide variety of shops nearby. The room was very comfortable and had a lot of storage space. The breakfast was very good and I particularly liked the fact that you could get your breakfast from 0730 hours. The staff were very helpful and spoke very good English - it was much better than my limited Spanish. When I come back to Alicante, I will again book...
